Kim Goldstone - Owner and Lead Floral Designer Kentucky Blooms is the dream of Kim Goldstone, an artist, designer, and entrepreneur. After moving her family to Louisville for her husband's career and struggling to find her next professional adventure, Kim decided it was time to listen to her heart and create the business she’d been dreaming of since she was 6 years old... a flower shop.
Kim’s background is rich with creativity—from 25 years in corporate marketing leadership and creative direction, to being an illustrator and tactile artist since childhood. But it was the quiet moments spent with flowers—picking lilacs from the tree in the backyard of her Grandmother's home —that truly set her on the path to Kentucky Blooms. Flowers, for Kim, are more than just beautiful; they are a form of art that invokes emotion, sparks joy, and connects people in the most magical ways. She loves dogs, horses, movies, music and art. Kim lives near the shop with her husband, children and two Pomeranians. |
